The goal of anger management is to reduce both your emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes. You can't get rid of, or avoid, the things or the people that enrage you, nor can you change them, but you can learn to control your reactions. Unfortunately, I must have been absent the day those genes were given out. I speak my mind. Most of the time it doesn't have the desired effect. So what's a girl to do? Call a few friends, have a few beers, and forgetabouit!!!!!

The Inmates Take Over The Asylum
Allrighty then, the Anger Management Girls hook up with the Hashers. And as you might imagine. It was not pretty!!!!
Why, oh why didn't someone rescue that poor kid???????
Now Irene, is that AMSTEL (freakin') Light is see in everyone's hand? That is what is wrong with America....European brews and yinz ain't got no IC Lite?
I promise to not report you to the Brewer's Hotel gang this time. Next one, you are on your own. RMB
It was an evening of AMG and the Hashers and the discussion of "young at heart" and the "old". Someone should have saved that young man, but I didn't see him trying to get away either. Um tasty!!
