The goal of anger management is to reduce both your emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes. You can't get rid of, or avoid, the things or the people that enrage you, nor can you change them, but you can learn to control your reactions. Unfortunately, I must have been absent the day those genes were given out. I speak my mind. Most of the time it doesn't have the desired effect. So what's a girl to do? Call a few friends, have a few beers, and forgetabouit!!!!!

When Irish Eyes Are Smiling.
Miss Smiling Irish Eyes 2009. (Ruth, too bad, this could have been you circa 1969, if it weren't for that damn Patty Burns!)
Yeah, that damn Patty Burns! So...which one of these girls is Miss Smiling Irish Eyes? I'm thinking it's the lass with the glasses and the beads. Just a bit of Irish blarney on this St. Patrick's Day! Have a grand ole one. Be green! Judi
Ah, memories. Many days spent wandering around as the Ladies Auxiliary prepared a breakfast feast. Not to mention the men buying me Hershey Bars at the bar of the A.O.H. Club on Second Avenue.
